Moments:

• Kaze + Marves (Sherwin's housemate) met at Partas Cubao around 8pm. We managed to get the last 8 tickets for the deluxe trip. Woosh. Thank God for Miwa's mutant powers.
• At one point during the bus ride, I woke up and found Faye's right slipper and tote bag crawling away from her and to the middle of the aisle.
• We arrived in Laoag at 6am, almost got duped by greedy tricycle drivers (buti nalang na-warning-an kami ni Mama), stopped by the Bacarra market to buy breakfast (longganisa and eggs), then proceeded to my aunt's place (Costa De Sanria aka Butnong) in Pasuquin.
• After putting our bags in the house, we crossed the "Kinalaglagan Bridge" (or the "Kei-nalaglagan Bridge", as they love to call it) and checked out the beach. It's been a while since I went there and I don't remember the water looking that nice.
• We went back to the house for breakfast, and as Faye put it, we were divided into two groups - the sleeping group (Faye, Miwa, Helen and Bri) and the singing/reporter-wannabe/touring group (Sherwin, Marves, Chevy and myself). I'm hoping none of those videos surface anywhere on the internet. *glares at Sherwin*
• Michael, one of my cousins, fetched us after lunch and took us to Fort Ilocandia, Paoay Church, and the Sinking Bell Tower in Laoag, where we went on a photo frenzy.
• Faye's "WAW, ANG DAMING COWS!"
• We went back to Butnong, found my parents had already arrived from Manila, had dinner, went back to the beach with our instruments and played a couple of songs in front (technically) of a bonfire.
• Went hunting for crabs (tarukoy) with my cousin Charize and Anneng, armed with a flashlight and a bucket.
• Roasted a dozen hotdogs
• Accidentally gave uncooked hotdogs to the kids. Hey, it was dark. I couldn't tell. And someone told me that all the hotdogs were done.
• Thank God for clear night skies. I saw 15 shooting stars that night.
• We all slept by the beach. Woosh. I had a little trouble sleeping because the sand wasn't even and I was on the lookout for tarukoys.
